H.E. Dr. Talal Abu-Ghazaleh,
Founder and Chairman of TAG.Global,
has received a high-level delegation from the Center for Language Education and
Cooperation (CLEC) of the Chinese Ministry of Education while on an official
visit to Jordan on December 11.
The delegation was led by Ms.
Yu Tianqi, Deputy Director of CLEC, accompanied by senior officials responsible
for international cooperation and teacher management. The meeting was attended
by Mr.Luay Abu-Ghazaleh, Vice Chairman of TAG.Global and Chairman of the Board of the TAG
Confucius Institute, along with the Institute’s management team.
The discussions focused on
strengthening strategic cooperation in education, human capital development,
and the advancement of Chinese language teaching in Jordan, in line with the
requirements of the knowledge economy and digital transformation, as well as in
support of economic and cultural exchange between Jordan and the People’s
Republic of China.
Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh reaffirmed TAG.Global’s commitment to support
education initiatives with sustainable developmental impact, emphasizing the
role of multilingual education and digital technologies in preparing global
competitive talent. He stated:

that leverage technology and innovation to empower future generations and open
new horizons for economic cooperation and sustainable development.”
Ms. Yu Tianqi commended TAG.Global’s leadership in
supporting Chinese language teaching, noting that TAG Confucius Institute—established
17 years ago in partnership with China’s Ministry of Education—is the world’s
first Confucius Institute based on a university–enterprise cooperation model
and serves as an international benchmark.
The meeting also addressed the
expansion of Chinese language programs in public and private schools,
curriculum development, local teacher training, and the integration of
artificial intelligence and digital learning. In this context, Dr. Abu-Ghazaleh
highlighted TAG DIGITAL TRAINING as one of the Group’s strategic initiatives supporting cross-border digital
education.
The visit included a visit to
TAG Confucius Institute and meetings with faculty members, during which the
delegation reviewed the Institute’s academic programs and activities aimed at
strengthening cultural understanding and international partnerships.
In conclusion, both sides
reaffirmed the importance of continued institutional coordination and
cooperation, in line with TAG.Global’s vision of empowering knowledge, fostering innovation, and building an education
ecosystem that supports sustainable economic development and global engagement.
