Making the future, and the road to the future wealth, are in the hands
of youth of the present and future, and depend on rebuilding the
nation's institutions based on solid scientific foundations, and all
that requires rich human capacities to be derived from college
graduates. Universities are the makers of men, we are proud of their
role and of the efforts of their administrators.
